EInstall the wheelTighten to 5.5 kg-m (40 ft-lb)5Burnish the brake pads (see Burnishing Brake Pads in this section) Burnishing
or the brake pedal is depressed CheckingReplacing V-Belt DRAINING COVER There is "duck bill" drain for draining water from
the V-belt cover Coolant The cooling system capacity is approximately 2.7 (2.8 U.Sqt)The cooling system should be inspected
daily for leakage and damageAlso, the coolant level should be checked periodicallyWhen filling the cooling system, use premixed
Arctic Cat Antifreeze (pn 0638-395)While the cooling system is being filled, air pockets may develop; therefore, run the
engine for five minutes after the initial fill, shut the engine off, and then fill the cooling system to the upper level
mark in the expansion tankTo drain the cover, use the following procedure1Elevate the rear of the ATV (no more than 25) to
allow water trapped in the V-belt cover to run into the cooling inlet duct and drain out through the "duck bill" drain2Shift
the range lever to the neutral position; then start the engine3Increase and decrease the RPM several times to "blow out"
