CLEANING AND INSPECTING Radiator W NOTE: Whenever part is worn excessively, cracked, or damaged in any way, replacement is
then secure with hose clamps 4Remove the upper and lower coolant hoses 5Remove the cap screws and nuts securing the radiator
to the frame6Disconnect the fan wiring from the main wiring harness; then remove the radiatorlfan assembly and account for
the grommets and collars 7Remove the fanlfan shroud assembly from the radiator4Install the front bumper and grille assembly
(see Section 8)5Install the front rack (see Section 8) 6Fill the cooling system (2.9 or U.Sqt) with antifreezeCheck for leakage
7Connect the fan wiring to the main wiring harness REMOVING 1Drain the coolant from the cooling system2Remove the hose clamps
