CLEANING AND INSPECTING Hydraulic Brake caliper WNOTE: The brake caliper is non-serviceable component; it must be replaced
(reservoir, hoses, and caliper) 2Install the brake pads and secure with the pin and cotter pin A CAUTION 3Place the brake
caliper assembly into position and secure with the capAscrewsi&e caliper toen 2.8 kg-m (20 ft-lb)4Place new crush washer
on each side ofthe brake hose fitting and install it on the caliperTighten to 4.2 kg-m (30 ft-lb)5Fill the reservoir; then
bleed the brake system (see Section 2)6Install the wheelTighten to 5.5 kg-m (40 ft-lb) Brake fluid is highly corrosiveDo
not spill brake fluid on anv surface of the ATV and do not reuse brake fluid: 3Remove the brake hose from the caliper; then
