1Remove the two tappet coversAccount for two gasket rings A CAUTION Be sure the crankshaft is on TDC of the compression stroke
line (C) on the crankcase This is ratchet-type chain tensioner and must be completely removed and reset if the mounting bolts
are loosenedRetightening the mounting bolts after loosening will cause damage to the tensioner and camshaft chain 3Remove
the cap screws (A); then remove the cam chain tensioner (B)Repeat for the second cylinder 5If the left-side components have
not been removed, rotate the crankshaft counterclockwise to position the rear cylinder at TDC on the compression stroke;
