FuelVent Hoses Replace the fuel hoses every two yearsDamage from aging may not always be visibleDo not bend or obstruct the
NOTE: The engine must be warmed up to the specified temperature for this test 1Connect the Tachometer (pn 0644-275) to the
engine2Disconnect the oil pressure switch connector; then connect the Oil Pressure Test Kit (pn 0644-495) to the oil pressure
switch portF 2Place suitable drain pan with capacity of at least (4.2 U.Sqt) under the left front of the engine; then loosen
the hose clamp on the coolant bypass hose3Remove the hose and allow coolant to drain into the drain panA funnel or short
hose can be used to direct coolant into the drain pan4Install the coolant bypass hose and tighten the clamp securely; then
remove the in-line clampsFILLING COOLANT 1Elevate the rear of the ATV approximately 30 cm (12 in and secure in place using
appropriate blocks NOTE: Some oil seepage may occur when installing the oil pressure gaugeWipe up oil residue with cloth
