6Fill the cooling system with the recommended amount of antifreezeCheck for leakage7Connect the fan wiring to the main wiring
the thermostat in container filled with waterBHeat the water and monitor the temperature with thermometerCThe thermostat
should start to open at 73.5-76.5 (164-170 F) on the 500650 H1 and 80.5-83.5 (177-182 F) on the 700 EFIDIf the thermostat
does not open, it must be replaced3Inspect all coolant hoses, connections, and clamps for deterioration, cracks, and wearNOTE:
All coolant hoses and clamps should be replaced every four years or 4000 miles 1Position the fan assembly on the radiator;
then secure with existing hardwareNOTE: The fan wiring must be in the upper-right position 2Install the radiator (see Radiator
