CLEANING AND INSPECTING NOTE: If any part is worn excessively, cracked, or damaged in any way, the oil pump must be replaced
radiator to the frame5Disconnect the fan wiring from the main wiring harness; then remove the radiatorfan assembly and account
for the grommets and collars6Remove the fanfan shroud assembly from the radiatorCLEANING AND INSPECTING Liquid Cooling System
The cooling system should be inspected daily for leakage and damageAlso, the coolant level should be checked periodicallyTo
check the cooling system, see Section 2 NOTE: Whenever part is worn excessively, cracked, or damaged in any way, replacement
is necessary 1Flush the radiator with water to remove any contaminants2Inspect the radiator for leaks and damage3Inspect
all hoses for cracks and deterioration4Inspect all fasteners and grommets for damage or wearINSTALLING Radiator 1Position
the fanfan shroud assembly on the radiator; then secure with existing hardware2Place the radiator with grommets and collars
