ELECTRICAL STARTER SYSTEM TROUBLESHOOTING Starter Motor Does Not Turn GBattery dischargedlow specific gravity GLoose or faulty
voltage drop through the connectionA poor or corroded connection will appear as high voltage readingVoltage shown on the
meter when testing connections should not exceed .1 VDC per connection or componentTo perform the test, place the meter on
DC volts and place the meter leads across the connection to be testedRefer to the chart on next page to perform voltage drop
tests on the starter systemVoltage should not exceed: .1 DC volts per connection STARTER LOCKOUT TROUBLESHOOTING The starter
lockout is controlled by the PDMPin 'G' of the PDM senses the transmission signal and determines if the switch is in Neutral
or ParkWhen the conditions are met, the PDM will activate Pin 'A' to ground the starter solenoidPin 'B' of the PDM senses
