MAINTENANCE Front Gearcase ADC Fluid NOTE: It is important to follow the front gearcase maintenance intervals described in
the valve (counter-clockwise) and allow fluid and trapped air to flow from the fitting If fluid level is below the minimum
mark on the reservoir, remove the cap and add the recommended fluidReinstall the cap and front rack assembly IMPORTANT: Do
not allow ADC fluid in reservoir to drop below the "MIN" fill lineClose bleeder valve before the fluid level drops below
the "MIN" fill lineRefilling an empty reservoir will result in air pockets becoming trapped9Close the valve when clean (bubble-free)
fluid begins to flow from the valve Front Gearcase ADC Fluid Change: 1234Position the vehicle on level surface and allow
the vehicle to sit for at least 30 minutesThoroughly clean the areas around the ADC reservoir and bleeder valvesRemove the
reservoir cap and diaphragm assemblyMake sure the fluid inside the reservoir is free of debrisIf any debris is found, use
clean shop towel or suction device to remove it from the reservoir 10Repeat steps 7-9 on the remaining bleeder valve11Torque
