CHASSIS A WARNING This brake system is filled with an ethylene glycol-based DOT brake fluidDo not use mix different types
care: the fluid reacts chemically with paint, plastics, rubber materials etcand will damage them severely BRAKE PAD REPLACEMENT
Flatten the lock washer CD, and then slightly mounting pins (2) loosen the pad Loosen the lock-nut and turn out the parking
brake adjuster several turns Remove the caliper mounting bolts Remove the brake pads by removing the pad mounting pins I
CAUTION I Do not operate the brake pedal while dismounting the pads Replace the brake pads as set, otherwise braking performance
will be adversely affected Install the new brake padsNOTE:Before installing the new pads, inspect the pad mounting pins for
wearIf excessive wear is found, replace them with new ones Be sure to loosen the parking brake adjuster before installing
