position Start Switch Ohmmeter CheckTE Disconnect the two switch leads from the starter solenoidCalibrate ohmmeter on appropriate
scaleConnect one meter lead to switch yellowred lead, the other meter lead to switch red leadDepress switchMeter should show:
Low reading when the switch is depressed High reading when the switch is releasedReplace the start switch if your test results
vary Neutral Start Switch Test All engine wiring must be disconnected from the switch before proceeding with this check1Disassemble
the remote control 1201 2Calibrate ohmmeter on appropriate scaleConnect one meter lead to each switch terminalMeter should
show: High reading when the plunger is relaxed Low reading when the plunger is depressed 3Replace the neutral start switch
