Tachometer Circuit6-Amp and 12-Amp Systems Verify that all engine and boat wiring and connectors are in good condition 112-amp
in the "ON" position, voltmeter must not show voltage If the voltmeter does not show voltage, go to Step If the voltmeter
shows voltage, replace the rectifier regulator rn rn 3modelslead andthe meterblack lead toto clean Connect red rectifier
or rectifierregulator gray meter lead engine groundWith the engine running at 1000 RPM, the voltmeter should indicate volts
or higher If the voltmeter shows volts or higher, go to Step If the voltmeter shows less than volts, check stator resistance
If the stator resistance is good, replace rectifier or rectifierregulator4Reconnect the gray leadsWith the engine running
at 1000 RPM, check for voltage at tachometer gray lead at the dashboard If the voltmeter shows volts or higher, replace the
