MAINTENANCE Idle SpeedDIt Models The idle speed on DIt models is not adjustableIf the idle speed, while watercraft is in
for signs of waterNOTE: If water is present it will appear as clear liquid at the bottom of the bowlWater traps include filter
to improve water separation, and colored float to indicate water levelThe maximum travel of the float is to the base of the
filter, or approximately one half the depth of the bowlEmpty bowl if float appears to be off the bottom2Turn fuel valve to
the "OFF" positionRemove the bowl3Dispose contents of bowl into an appropriate fuel container4Check the condition of the
sealing oring and replace if damagedReinstall bowl5Turn fuel valve to the "ON" positionStart engine and watch for any fuel
links around sealing ringNOTE: If the red float continues to float in the bowl, the fuel tank may need to be drained and
