Section 06 OIL SYSTEM Sub-section 02 (OIL INJECTION PUMP, REPAIR AND ADJUSTMENT) Keep bleeding until all air has escaped
(reverseposition)rotating drill rotate pump shaftOil must drip from outer holles while holding lever in fully open positionIf
not replace CHECKING OPERATION On Watercraft NOTEMain oil line must be full of oilSee bleeding procedure aboveUnscrew banjo
fittingis from pumpStart engine and stop it as soon as it firesEnsure that oil level in small oil lines is passed balnjo
fitting by about 25 mrn (1 in) (oil lines are clear tube, therefore the verification can be done easily)Repeat the procedure
until this condition is attainedReconnect banjo fittings with washer on each side, the pump start engine and run idle while
holding lever in fully open positionOil columns must advance into small oil lines Hold lever an oil container drip here OIL
SYSTEM PRESSURIZATION CAUTION :Whenever oil system components test are disconnected or replaced, pressure must be done before
starting engine andreleasing watercraft customerEnsure to verify oil line ends for damageAlways cut damaged end before reinstallation
